Thank you, this is planned for the south-facing windows, we also consider it very important. We see this with houses in our circle of friends and relatives, where new construction has taken place: large windows on the south side can cause it to become too warm very quickly, even in winter.

So you are planning another room in the attic? Is the cost included in the calculation? Because otherwise it won't just get tight, but rather unrealistic with the 550k.
