Feedback on the Ikea kitchen

Yes - so the tall cabinet fronts will be one line - it just couldn’t be visualized. We will also make sure of that if the purchase should go through.

I find both very nice, but I like the mix from Nolte even a bit better. But why is the drawer missing under the cooktop in the Nolte? Regarding the splash guard: not too low, especially around the cooktop also wider than the cooktop. We made that mistake. It only became apparent when our daughter drowned schnitzel in oil while frying, it splattered a lot and the oil remained on the wallpaper. Now there is a large wooden workboard against this wall. Therefore: plan at least 20 cm wider on each side.

We had even thought about pulling it all the way around once.

I would do it that way too (or we will do it that way)

All around at one height? We have it all around too but at different heights, plus we have a glass picture. That lightens it up and doesn’t cost the earth at Nolte. Unfortunately, not by the stove but on the other wall.
