Feedback on the Ikea kitchen

After almost 20 years of drawer pull-out systems for garbage, we now have trash cans. Metal, sized according to the amount to be disposed of, easy to clean, and a splash of color (Orange = yellow bag, Vanilla = organic waste) in the kitchen. Also cheaper than a cabinet. This set is completed by the paper waste, which stands right next to it in a storage bag for newspapers.

We hadn’t thought about the spot before, but then we found a little place near the freezer drawers. Those are not opened often.

Funny enough, except for me, no one pays attention to the color or size of the bins anymore. Recently, they were placed differently and promptly the waste was sorted incorrectly.

My girlfriend also has the trash bins under the sink, in a pull-out. The space she has in her bins would not be enough for us.

You will surely find space for a trash can in your kitchen. Such a bin can also be quickly and easily pushed aside with your foot.

Now we also have the offer from Systemat/Häcker - 11 T €, with a slightly better extractor hood. Here is a waste solution for the 60 cm base cabinet with 2x 32l and twice 17l over the entire height. The 30 cm one would be a mini pull-out cabinet.

Häcker is miles more qualitative than Nolte or Nobilia! You also have the larger corpus and smaller plinth like with Ballerina!

No... so the corpus is larger at Note - at least for our working height. Both sellers independently said that the quality is comparable, even though they don’t sell the other one.

We have now requested a few more changes - the Systemat seller has confirmed once again that it really is a Systemat, although it is shown differently on the drawings (cabinet layout). Let's see if we can still buy before New Year.

The furniture store has made the device changes to Neff T83T42N2MC, NEFF D39G69S0, Neff TT8342N, and Siemens KI86NAD30 cost-neutral. Also, nothing extra will be charged for the two inner drawers for the middle tall cabinet. The kitchen studio charged €500 for 4 inner drawers and credited €260 for the change of the refrigerator to A++.
