Here are the views. I thought the dormers would be visible in the drawings, but looking at them again, you really can overlook them very quickly. Sorry for that

That’s how it was intended.
From my own experience, because we moved into 140 sqm (pure living area without office and large hallways) + 70 sqm basement two weeks ago, you have too little usable space in the house for 5 people. We also have 4 bedrooms upstairs in case a 3rd child comes. The living area is also borderline. For 5 people, if you subtract the utility room and office, you’re left with 130 sqm. Right now, I find the 140 sqm with 2 children on the ground floor and upstairs really comfortable, but with a 3rd child it shouldn’t be any less. If a 3rd child really should come, I would recommend building a bit bigger.
bigger probably won’t be possible with the budget
But he is building with a fixed staircase into the attic. I think that’s enough.
that’s right.
Oh, missed that! Where do I see that?
You can see it in the plans and I had already mentioned it. Does that change anything about your statement then?
I want to thank everyone again (especially !) for the input and the great effort. I really appreciate all the ideas. Whether we will implement all of them, we don’t know yet. I hope no one takes it the wrong way then
oops:
