I would never accept this "service." The general contractor will be a major client at TÜV, DEKRA, etc., so the objectivity is probably compromised. They are originally "shell builders" and have the corresponding tradespeople at hand to ensure a turnkey construction. So rather smaller companies. After your warnings regarding the general contractor site management, we have now requested a larger solid house builder for the first round. (Fermo Massivhaus). I have read a lot of good things about them in the forum, but the costs are supposed to be correspondingly higher. We are now curious how the appointments will go and how the offers from the 3 providers can be compared. If anyone here in the forum has experience with Fermo, I would appreciate a private message. Unfortunately, I have not yet gathered enough posts myself to directly contact those who have reported about Fermo.
