80 or maybe 70€ per socket is still steep, but well, sorry, if you build with a property developer you just pay a lot for the network sockets as well...
The Cat.7 cables have to be consolidated somewhere, and besides the Fritzbox, I need another switch. The costs for that have to be allocated to the port.

As I said, that is an average value derived from several offers.

I think 3-5€ per port is sufficient for the patch panel, a switch, and the cables.
Yes, it will be a bit more, a 24-port patch panel + 24-port switch, so you are at ~150€. Thus, with 16 outlets, it comes to about 10€ per connection additionally.
I hardly think that a BT, GU, GÜ will install any high-quality models without an extra charge, but they will still charge well for the "simple" ones.

Now you have forced me to check what I paid and you are right. I paid €104 for the patch panel + switch. In addition, there are the crimp connectors and the cable for the patch cables.
Yes, that's what I’m saying, it’s not worth mentioning. However, the added value is enormous. The future may be wireless... even 25 years after the first WLAN devices came onto the market, there are still many devices for which a cable is the better solution, and that will remain the case for a while.
