Exactly - two Ethernet ports.

I need to ask something again. For me, the raw cable without a connector is coming out of the wall. I understand that I still have to make a small spacer. The cable doesn't have a connector yet. What is the difference between me (having it done) attaching an RJ45(?) connector directly there or attaching a Keystone module and then using an additional short patch cable to connect to the access point? What am I not understanding? Thanks

The patch cable is flexible, the installation cable is rigid/stiff. You will have difficulty putting a connector on it at all (with field-attachable ones it works) and as a result, problems plugging the connector into the device.

Ah ok. That already sounds logical. However, it would still be (just purely theoretically) possible to shorten the cable coming from the ceiling significantly, put a plug on it, and then somehow try to stuff and press the cable, which is actually too stiff, into the access point.

Of course, you are free to make the same mistakes that others have already made.

I just meant theoretically. I want to understand the whole thing since I’m completely green behind the ears. But of course, I will carry it out in the best way.
