I also see a necessary reduction there. Too much built-up space for the budget. No guest WC, two small closets as an office

Hello,

I have now found a spot for the guest bathroom after all. WiCi Concept offers very space-saving solutions where the sink is on the dish cabinet.
I also rearranged the kitchen. I think it all looks pretty well-rounded already.
By the way, over a year ago, I had already planned (without land) once, without the restrictions of the building plot. There was then a nice double garage and a house that was rather wide than deep.
Unfortunately, the reality looks like this: an affordable building plot in a good location is an absolute rarity, and one can be extremely grateful, like us, if one even gets one at all. Accordingly, I focus my planning only on exactly what the building regulations allow.
All the hints regarding the budget are certainly well-intentioned, but here it is only about the floor plan, and I am very happy to receive feedback on it.

Best regards
Johannes

hm so according to a VDI blabla (number I would have to look up) a toilet cubicle must be at least 90cm wide. With you it says 65 if I see that correctly? I would probably feel like I’d get stuck in there at least.... And of course it’s also about the costs - here are some (not all who complain, I for example rather less) with solid experience, what such a little house costs. They can roughly estimate that from the floor plan. If they say: that won’t work with the price unless the equipment is cut down, that’s at least a first indication... good night.

A guest toilet of 0.65 x 1.10 m? - now that's getting too silly for me ...

I also think that a guest toilet can be omitted. Regarding the kitchen... rather a row on the left side of the plan, with a peninsula at the top of the plan and tall cabinets at the bottom of the kitchen. This way, access to the garden is also possible, but you don’t always have to walk around the peninsula from the G and inevitably past the table when, for example, carrying groceries.

What use is it to you to plan nicely now only to realize in a few weeks that it can't work financially? Do you belong to the people who can increase the budget almost infinitely? Or rather to those who then have to save on equipment and eventually also on size? I would really be interested to know why you view any budget constraints so calmly.
