great idea. However, I’m not sure if it’s the same at all IKEA stores. I need to stop by and check.
In the meantime, I’ve revised the floor plan a bit. I’m still not sure about the technical and laundry rooms, whether they might be combined into one room. That could possibly have advantages for placing the appliances and running the pipes.

I roughly estimate this draft at about 550 thousand euros. What do you think?

Without having already conducted the trial calculation, I assume less because the basement and attic are not to be developed and the rest strongly depends on the materials.

I can't say anything about the costs, but I don't understand the discussion about the Gäste-WC. You can easily make the Gäste-WC a bit wider if you move the toilet in the bathroom to the right. There's still space there, or am I missing something?

Basically possible, but I would reduce the wardrobe... and I really believe that you don’t need more space... but of course opinions differ on that.
