A barrier-free shower is 150x150. Our "niche" with 140x149 is actually quite tight, but should be sufficient. Therefore, it is planned this way on the ground floor. It does not have to be like this on the upper floor, of course. I dislike the WC partial proposal because the toilet is not, or judging by the dimensions of the "cabin," not prospectively adaptable to be barrier-free. In our planning, that would not be a problem. However, as mentioned, the guest WC should have a window, I agree with you on that.
