Single-family house 175 sqm without basement, too big?

So after discussion with my partner, I would like to ask you, , to submit the proposal with a platform staircase. To be honest, I can't come up with a floor plan that meets the wishes...

You can still try that if you can't find any solution at all. What was the problem with your own design again? Apart from the children's room in the north?

I didn't quite like the bathroom layout, that was the starting point. What I like about the current design is that the hallway wastes less space, which now benefits the rooms. The bathroom has a great modern layout with a T-solution. The only disadvantage is that the hallway no longer gets natural light. Do you see any other disadvantages?

Your wishes are unfortunately difficult to implement and I’m afraid nobody will find the proverbial silver bullet over the weekend. Your last idea already leans towards a makeshift solution: dark hallway upstairs and the shape of the children's rooms uneven with strange corners. The latter could probably still be fixed, but do you really want a hallway without natural light?
