It is a false hope that every corner in the floor plan makes the house a more clever spatial experience – moreover, I do not see the seemingly intended level of extravagance of the floor plan reflected even remotely in the elevations.
I also do not have to have as many corners as possible in the floor plan at all costs, which is why I quite like, for example, the design by RomeoZwo. However, I realized yesterday that the WAF is not as high as I had thought/hoped. She does not like the hallway with all the doors, quote: "You come through the door and feel like you are in a hospital, nothing but doors to the left and right..." oops: She prefers the design of the general contractor (without the useless windbreak) because in the entrance area there is only one door (to the study) and those to the utility room, HTR, and pantry are "hidden" in the rear hallway... But I do not believe that this requires all those corners either.
