Well, some ideas, like [Waschmaschine und Trockner in einem extra Raum], only come from external input. I also find it difficult to estimate room sizes. Yes, maybe a few square meters can be saved. But if I then stand in the room and think "oh dear, it's too small after all," there's nothing you can do...

The thing with the room sizes is funny. When the construction site begins, you think "Wow, how big," because there is so much earthmoving. When the foundation slab is in place, you think "Oh no, how small," because it looked so much bigger before. Then the walls go up and it seems bigger again. Screed is the next change and it goes on like that. The [His] grows and shrinks multiple times during the construction phase. It's good if you have previously moved furniture back and forth.

If you have an almost endless budget, you can build by "size based on feeling"

But I don't want to sound like a know-it-all, we are still working on our puzzle called [Grundriss]

I picked out something for commenting:

Please abbreviate Kinderzimmer with KZ. Everything else has a bad connotation.

I find this statement completely realistic and also consistent. The child, the adolescent, will certainly not do a 180-degree turn. Maybe later, at 25 or 30 – not every child is the same, and some experience detachment much more intensely than others with a cuddle factor.

Add one meter in length and draw in a width of 105-110 (because of the stair railing)

I like it, but it’s not necessary. It always looks somewhat more modern, I think.

Finally a nicely furnishable pantry. I want one too, I don’t have it.
Well then. A tip from me: a small window saves the constantly on-and-off light switch. Or automatic lighting. A freezer in there is great. 30 cm high shelf. And a 120 cm counter for toaster, Sodastream, or food processor.
Shelves can be above and a kitchen cabinet below for baking sheets and pans. And whoosh, it could even be a little bigger. That can still be perfectly planned.

Just take a look to the left and right or read through other floor plan discussions here. Not everything is equally suitable for everyone (see species-appropriate children's room )

one more important thing about the pantry:
Be sure to omit the underfloor heating here if you want to place appliances with waste heat such as a freezer, a second refrigerator, and store food like potatoes, etc.
