Sorry, but I really can't do it any better. I hope you can still make out something and get back to me with a few opinions. Thanks!

I can actually recognize the plans quite well.

What strikes me is the corner glazing in the pantry. It is unnecessary but probably chosen because of the view.

The orientation of the rooms is certainly better chosen this way. However, wouldn't it be better to create a west-facing terrace? Or at least a sunny balcony? Or what is that on the west side towards the north? The door in the dining area seems a bit hard to access there, if that is the access to the garden.

I would arrange the bathroom differently. You walk into a wall.

Best regards

The windows urgently still need to be cleaned up. The view is not nice.

Otherwise, I like the floor plan.

Why the double-leaf door to the living room? The two leaves somehow look very small. Is that to scale?

Thanks already for the first opinions.

1. The corner glazing in the storage room was actually chosen because of the view, otherwise it looks strange from the garden. But it’s not that big and probably shouldn’t cost much more than two windows or one window and a terrace door.
2. A west-facing terrace or balcony right next to the house is not possible for legal building reasons. We are not allowed to mound up so high there because of the boundary development. The one on the west side is basically a kind of staircase. And the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living/dining area are also not doors because you would fall down. Access to the garden is "only" possible through the kitchen directly onto the terrace at the back. This is a pure north terrace, but it extends to the property boundary and thus also has a west area. I hope that is understandable, I have also added a picture with the terrace.
3. Do you have an idea for a different layout in the bathroom? I’m also not sure if it looks good like this. We were possibly thinking of only building the wall behind the toilet 120cm high or something like that. Do you think that would be better? Somehow I like it, but then I am a bit skeptical. It is pretty unusual.
4. Yes, the windows are still being reworked. That’s just not acceptable. I don’t know what the architect’s draftsman was thinking in some parts. *ShakesHead* I’m working on it at the moment. I will post some of my suggestions shortly.
5. The sliding door to the living/dining area was our wish. The opening is about 2.40m wide and can be closed with two leaves each 1.20m wide. The leaves will slide in front of the wall in the living room and that should fit. Overall, the wall is 4.90m wide. That was our wish so that we can put the dining table in the passage for bigger celebrations. We have already set it up like this and it works. You can then no longer walk behind the chairs, but you can still go through the normal living room or kitchen door. We have a big family and many friends and often have more than 12 adults plus kids visiting.

So, here are the views I have revised. The floor-to-ceiling windows on the ground floor will, as mentioned, not be doors but have a fixed section at the bottom. And you have to imagine the terrain a little, but I think the exterior stairs roughly illustrate the course. The stairs will, of course, be built with masonry or paved or whatever... We will take care of the garden design a little later.

I like the floor plan except for minor details... But the views are a small disaster (windows)
