Do you mean the types of windows, sizes, or positioning? Or what exactly?

The species not, they are classic after all, yet sometimes two-winged, sometimes single. Different widths. South equals 5 different, other sides four... no uniformity is recognizable, nor any line guidance. On the stair side the offset height... Surely a lot can be adjusted there

Hello everyone,
now we also have the views to the extent that we really like them. Here are a few pictures of you again.
We would be very happy about a few comments. Also little things that we might not have noticed. We don’t have to like it afterwards, but maybe something will stand out that we totally overlooked. Because by now we are really "blinded by familiarity."
The entrance in the basement is certainly not everyone’s thing, but we find it perfect for us in the current situation and the property simply keeps away all disadvantages. A conversion later is theoretically possible and also discussed with the architect, but who knows if we will even still live in the house then. We are not 30 anymore and our children are still very small, and who knows what things will be like in 20-30 years...
Otherwise, we are satisfied with the floor plan and simply find no problem areas anymore.
We also really like the views as they are. It should definitely be a red clinker brick with a dark tint like that and the windows from the outside in anthracite. The dormer and the basement on the east side will be plastered in such an anthracite. I hope you can somewhat imagine that this way.
Best regards

Yes, there’s probably not much to criticize

I don’t find the entrance in the basement bad. On the contrary, I grew up like that and liked it. Also with this orientation. I like hillside properties anyway. Unfortunately, we live on completely flat ground
Back then, our garage was on the left side of the house, with the terrace on top, and on the north side there was an extension of the terrace and the garden.

Somehow, I don’t like the views. But I’m also not a fan of floor-to-ceiling windows everywhere. Besides, I find the double-wing doors/windows somehow too narrow in proportion. I don’t like that. There’s more frame than glass.

Maybe I would swap guest with bike, bike with sauna, and sauna with guest?
Then the sauna would be by the ground floor shower and close to the garden, sofa, and fridge
That would appeal to me more, because you have guests less often than you use the sauna (at least we do).

Oh yes, and as I said, I don't like the bathroom.
