Garage and terrace on top to the west was also my favorite... After a long back and forth with my husband and the architect and a lot of reading, but rejected. No flat roof will come on the house.
As for the views... hmm, we actually like it quite a bit now. The double wings are only in the living room and they are 151cm wide, which is actually standard... A wing for 1.5m I still consider too much if it juts into the room like that, right?!
The guest room on the ground floor is supposed to mainly serve as a playroom for the little ones in the first years... I have experienced that they can simply play better alone on the same level as the adults and wished it that way. Therefore, the idea doesn't work for now. But the shower in the basement will be installed anyway, my husband also wants that, to be able to shower downstairs first after sports or gardening before going upstairs... He is very tidy...

Any more ideas or suggestions?

What didn't she like about the bathroom now? The built brick "T"? As I said, a skylight will be installed in the toilet/bidet area and the wall next to the toilets will then only be about 100cm high or so... Do you think that is still too bulky? What would be an alternative?

There is now no "space" in the bathroom. There are only corridors and walls that fragment the actual space of the bathroom. Where is the unity "bathroom"?

Hm... I think I understand something you might mean. I have to say, I don't like bathrooms that have a lot of walking space in the middle... I only find that suitable for cleaning... The room is just under 15 sqm with a 90 cm knee wall and a 32-degree roof pitch... I've already done a lot with bathroom planners, but in the end I always ended up with this variant... Do you have another idea? What goes where???

Hi,
Is it intentional that the glass cutout behind the stairs is not centered to the stairs?
I would change that...

Hello,

You probably won't be able to furnish the room as you have currently drawn it; most likely, it will be walled up to the 1.50 m line. And if my assessment is correct, the attached variant could be roughly accurate. By the way, the bathroom suddenly "comes alive"

Rhenish greetings
