Opinions on our floor plan are welcome

I do it in the shower as well (shower toilet on the ground floor) Afterwards, I take the towel and wipe the tiles and the fixtures dry. We don’t have glass! The towel then goes into the laundry, done, finished. New towel around the body (because of the neighbors), clothes with me, off to the dressing room. It can also be done much more practically, but we didn’t want to make the house bigger and waste all our money, which we don’t have, on many showers distributed throughout the house.

We have received the green light and can get started. My husband has the appointment with the shell builder, architect, and earthworks contractor on the construction site soon. Totally great!!! Now it's getting exciting...

We already have our building permit and construction approval - next week we have the first appointment with the architect and the excavation company at the construction site...

Thank you, dear ones. In the meantime, we have taken a step further, and today the excavator arrived and is removing the soil. And so far, there is only positive news to report. There is a lot of topsoil available and beneath it more clay than stone. This makes the removal easier and pleases the farmer who is receiving the soil.
