Ytong kit experiences - Who knows the provider?

I am only the client, and Bavaria is definitely considerably more expensive than Saxony. Maybe Bauexperte or someone who has tendered the trades individually can say more about it.

I wrote to Bauexperte but have not received a reply yet, can someone else help me? I have the same offer also for the inno 140a 125,000€ (same services). Regards

First of all, I want to assure you that the manufacturer - here Ytong - doesn’t give anything away for free. You initially buy the stones plus the service of the construction manager from them ...

The offer you posted concerns "only" the pure shell construction; after that it’s "game over" and you have to take care of the interior work yourself in EL --- with a kitchen, as a "reward" on top ... (line 2.00 m or what?) ... cool, that thing will cost at most TEUR 1.5. If I quickly calculate, the complete construction in the "turnkey" variant would cost you about TEUR 250/256. For me, the offer isn’t "the" bargain now and upon careful consideration by you - even as a layman - any further thoughts should just vanish into thin air.

If I were you, I would first roughly compile the costs of the entire construction project. Then you will surely come to the conclusion that awarding individual trades on site is cheaper; including external construction supervision.
