Could you please take a photo of the balcony if it's okay with you? That seems to be the "standard size" nowadays and I can't quite imagine it. We currently have a huge balcony - it should be around 16-18 sqm.

My balcony is currently bare. There is nothing on it at all, not even [1 Pflanze]. I will be moving soon. You can look at greened balconies on the internet.

We wanted to plan a chamber, but it’s not possible unless someone has an idea. However, we have planned a large kitchen and a wardrobe for the bedroom. The washing machine and dryer will go in the drying room. We get a lot of light because it faces south and there are no houses blocking it. The first floor would not be suitable for us because of the planned children. Otherwise, the upper apartments have an amazing view, I’m really jealous of that.

Here is the old floor plan (3 rooms) but with a garden. I would also post updates about the furnishing if there is interest.

Yes, that's perfect - would a photo be possible?

I once asked the question somewhere here, but can't find it anymore. What reasons are there for a developer to still advertise with KfW70 today? I thought KfW55 was the standard. Is it to be viewed negatively if construction is still done according to the "old standard" (should be Energy Saving Ordinance 2016)?

Our apartment is built according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016. You can recoup the additional costs at most through the kfw subsidy. We haven't had a proper winter in recent years, but rather hot summers; in that case, thicker bricks are more beneficial than insulation. All the KFW 55 apartments here were built with prefabricated components. I don't see a major disadvantage between Energy Saving Ordinance 16 and KFW.
