Is it worth joining a homeowners' association regarding advice & co.? For example "Wohnen im Eigentum e.v." or the VDWE? Anyone have experience?
How is the regulation with you regarding the tolerance deviation of the condominium size in the construction contract? What also puts me off a bit, besides other things, is that the developer reserves the right to make changes to the partition deed & community rules in my name. Is that standard?
