No house construction is planned, definitely not, I just want to know the options and what I’m getting myself into. I would already have saved for the purchase of land etc. if I rented for 2 years. I’m definitely not speculating on an increase in value. I would have to live somewhere and would stay in the area, so rent would be wasted money if I can buy anyway.
