thanks looking forward to it

well, I definitely don’t trust anyone at those prices - I’ll have the construction description checked - that’s the central element.

Here there was or is no subsidy unfortunately, since there is no photovoltaic system. Anyway, only 3 people can have a charging station because otherwise the supply line is overloaded. That's not going to work for e-mobility.

In BW, every charging station is subsidized with a maximum of €2,500 or 40% of the costs. Possibly additional funding depending on the city or funding agency. This makes it easy for a developer to offer such a goodie.
It is now also legally regulated that every tenant and/or owner has a right to a charging station. You no longer even have to ask the owners' association (law applies at some point but winter).

But only photovoltaic or electricity from renewable energies is subsidized. That only works if the charging point is installed and billed by the grid operator; otherwise, it could not be guaranteed that the electricity comes from renewable sources, right? Being right and getting it are two different things. It is almost impossible for every owner to get one because the capacity of the house connection is not sufficient. Currently, many inverters are still too old. The developer was approved for a total of 3 charging stations in the building with 8 apartments.

No, it's much simpler. Usually, a green electricity contract is enough. It doesn't matter who installs it.

Up to 11kW, no approval is required. Only a notification obligation.
To put it bluntly: You commission your electrician to pull and install the cable. That's it.

It only concerns the maximum load in an apartment building. For some, it stops after a few 11kw connections. But I wonder what happens if I don't choose an eco provider? After all, it's up to me, and the developer can't prescribe that to me.
