No, but he doesn’t know that.
Our maximum budget is actually relatively unimportant to me, I set myself a kind of soft cap on how much I want to borrow from the bank at most, as I have the goal of not exceeding a certain rate, keeping the rising interest rates in mind, and wanting to have it paid off within a certain time frame.

Is that so? I had the impression that I had spoken with the general contractors and read the offer, but well, you will know. :p I guess I’ll have to do that then. You’ll be waiting longer for that here too, you can’t disclose any property info here without some lunatics starting to Google your address.

This is probably a misunderstanding. No one wants to know your address. The information concerns things like size, layout, slope, neighboring buildings, trees, rivers, direction - in short, a site plan with relevant environmental data. These can be kept very well anonymous.

If YOU think all earthworks, slope stabilization, stable crane base, etc. are included in the price, then that’s fine.

I’m happy to help.

Is that your concern? I would be more worried about the construction costs. If I had the option to google, at least I could check myself where the problems of the property are. You seem quite naive about this.

Otherwise, already said what I asked for. Unfortunately without any reply from you.

.. how wide is the plot? I would at least like to play around with some ideas. One of them would be to make the house wider and less deep.

I also just looked again at what I really like about the floor plan, which is, for example, the combination of house, entrance area, and garage transition.

Yes, we already had this game here with another property before. And 3 pages further in the thread, someone asked me if I was aware that there was a bakery opposite and that it could be noisy on Saturday mornings, and also that there was a bus stop nearby. That was a bit creepy, to put it mildly. Therefore – twist and turn it as you like, there will be no further property data this time. I have received good input on the floor plan, which will be considered and incorporated. Whether and how we place this on which slope and how we pay for it remains our concern.
