For a 1000 m2 plot, I would want to know how steep it is and where the house is planned. The surroundings are also very important. Photos in all cardinal directions.

No, you’re probably right. I generally have no solution for my visual preference and the region down there. I like the brick-faced Frisian houses, and after that, nothing else really. But no one down there can economically build something like that. And even if they did, you’d stand out in the building area like a colorful dog. With such plastered houses, I almost don’t care what they look like from the outside, because I like everything only moderately anyway. As long as I don’t have to get a corner window, it will be fine. :P

I felt the same! The floor plan immediately made me think of Bauhaus style.

That’s true. Among our friends in RP, in the building area, there are two brick houses with half-hip roofs, which the children always call "the North Sea houses" and everyone knows what or who is meant.

Country house style no, but I think you are also rather mistaken with Bauhaus. At least far removed from Tugendhat.
