Is it correct that if you build a new house that meets the current guidelines, meaning Energy 55 or even better, you get really good conditions for a certain part from the KfW? That is at least how I understand the overview page there.
I am surprised that no one here has listed this in all the calculations of conditions and repayments.
And another topic - where can you find out which plots of land are for sale where, or which already belong to companies like Massa Haus? On Immowelt and similar sites, there is not a single plot for sale within a 10 km radius of where we live that would even remotely fit.
And further? Yes, there is a discount on the interest rate here, but it costs more to achieve this standard.
