Purchased in December 2011, taken into possession in July 2012, renovated with gutting and interior reconstruction until moving in in March 2013. Most of the work we did ourselves during the gutting until the end of November, actually everything except the pipes of the gravity heating system was done by us. Everything new was then installed and built by the respective trades as a winter construction project.

Is it correct that if you build a new house that meets the current guidelines, meaning energy 55 or even better, you get really good conditions for a certain part from the KFW? At least, that’s how I understand the overview page there.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned this yet among all the calculations of conditions and repayments.

And another topic – where can you find out which plots of land are for sale where, or which already belong to companies like Massa Haus? On Immowelt and the like, there isn't a single plot for sale within a 10km radius of where we live that would even remotely fit.

At least around my corner, two free newspapers appear weekly, containing more offers than on Immoscout.

Immowelt is still active, maybe there is something there.

Sparkassen and other banks have notices, some of which are not included on Immoscout.

I can only give the tip to place a classified ad yourself in the weekend edition of the regular (!) daily newspaper. Older people do not necessarily surf the internet and do not want 400 emails in response to an ad, but often have something to sell. Since it is not urgent, they do not search but let themselves be found.

All the prefabricated house providers! They even post plots of land on Immoscout and similar platforms that do not belong to them. They usually only reserve them! These are then bait offers where half is missing.

PS. good plots of land are available from the municipality

And about KFW, what should we write about it, it's normal and I think everyone has it.. sometimes even twice

Where are you looking and what does the plot "have to" offer?

Rhenish greetings
