Gas price increase as of 1.1.2022

We have a tank in the garden, the provider is fixed..... Ordered about a month ago after all. Since then, it has gone up another 12 cents per liter. ... But we still paid more than double compared to last year.

Is it probably propane/butane?!?

I found it astonishing that autogas (=propane) here has only become about 40% more expensive. Compared to the sometimes quoted increases of 150% for town gas, that is practically a bargain.

Paid 20% more for the 11kg bottle at the trusted gas dealer on Saturday. Luckily, I only need it for grilling ;)

Interestingly, our provider no longer offers gas for new customers. I wanted to see what they offer independently of our contract. I have to say though that we purchase [Ökogas] (whatever that means, apart from the good conscience). We will probably switch today! An increase of over 100%..., I need to calculate how much they already raised in October. Back then it was minimal.

I still have a net price lock until the end of March 2022. I just quickly used the comparison calculator. Both the labor price and the base price have each increased by over 100%. That's really intense and it really scared me. I hope that it will ease up a bit by the time of the changeover.

Hardly. It's not due to scarcity, but because of the climate goals. Don't expect gas to get cheaper, rather more expensive...

Yes, we also have gas. We even have two increases within 2 months.. one on 1.10.21 and now another on 1.1.22… grrrr :confused:
