That's why the pumps are of course measured. Those who don't do that are just fooling themselves.

Back to Gazprice, is that spelled correctly? Our municipal utilities are also increasing prices as of 1/1. The letter arrived today. But the comparison on verivox showed there is still no one who does it cheaper than vsw. At least not for existing customers.

Yes, with many devices I agree with you and therefore didn’t want such a thing … definitely not. Ours, however, compared to what I’ve heard elsewhere in new housing areas, is really quiet, and then it also works out with the neighbor.

Electricity prices will follow the increases in gas prices - according to the Verbraucherzentrale.

As bitter as it is, I thought the same. We built with an air-water heat pump and when we calculated it, our monthly costs came out about the same as with gas. We did it because we can be independent of fossil fuels that way, and because we assumed CO2 would be taxed more heavily in the future, making gas more expensive. Nobody would have thought it would happen this fast... It somehow also shows us how dependent we have made ourselves on gas from, I would say, states with questionable political values.

I did a quick calculation. Gas is now 48,- per month, from 1.1. it will be around 74,-. That's quite a lot, but not the end of the world. The least of it, only about two or three euros, are increased CO2 charges. Most of it is market, and it is adjusting itself accordingly. The electricity provider, also the municipal utility, came yesterday. They are not increasing, it said there with some nonsense and self-praise about how great they are doing for our benefit, all for the dachshund, all for the club…..
