I wouldn't turn the bed so that the headboard is against the partition wall, because there you only have a maximum of 300 cm for the bed and the person sleeping on the right has their head right next to the passage. If turning, then headboard at the top and maybe two narrow windows on the right and left of the bed and one window on the left wall. Then 300 cm room depth is also enough.
I think, in most cases, they will be more likely to be closets rather than dressing rooms. Dressing rooms make sense if the bathroom is ensuite. If I have to go through the hallway first, I take my clothes with me to the bathroom, so I only select there.
Closet-wise, a plan should be made. Perhaps 400 cm with 60 cm depth at the bottom and then 280 cm with only 40 cm depth at the top are enough. Then 200 cm width also works as closet space.
If you want 60 cm deep closets, ideally with sliding doors, then you have to calculate 66 to just under 70 cm depth for the wardrobes. Then 200 cm becomes very tight.
