No, I don’t have that. I work with Arcon+, that company or software no longer exists. I bought the program around 1995 for what was expensive money at the time and got updates yearly from a well-known architect. I think VA eventually bought the software and is marketing it now. Because of that, I don't have all the new features. If the program were available for Apple, I would dig deep into my pocket again, but for now I have to struggle with my husband's Windows 7 laptop. Also, the program has some errors for me: sometimes more red remains marked, or the background setting is displayed incorrectly.
The furnishing in Arcon is partly very shabby (rustic oak and look-alike from the Roller [furniture store]), for my own house I was at least able to import some textures

What is doing?

Yes, the furniture hasn't improved that much. Recently, I treated myself to a few additions. But, I don't want to become an interior designer either .. and I also had my own textures for my apartment planning. That's also easy and elegant to solve.

First of all, I am sorry that I couldn't reply for such a long time.
In any case, I also want to thank you again for your efforts.

Since there have been quite a few sketches in the meantime, I will try to summarize.
Our consensus, at least for the time being, is that all floor plans always involve some compromises for us.

Even though I feel guilty because you put in so much effort... We consider our own floor plan to be the least compromise.
However, we will take with us that we inquire whether an open gable is possible in our kitchen area to catch the east sun there.

I also want to address your individual floor plans and hope that the remarks are received as purely objective comments (communication without facial expressions is bad). There are things I like in all floor plans, but since it is easier, I will just briefly touch on the things I rather do not like:

Thanks for this valuable information in itself. However, this sounds like extra costs and a certain risk and is therefore not being considered by us for the time being.

As a result of the above:
Children's room at the back of the living room (TV)
Bedroom at the bathroom wall
Additionally:
Even if there are only two doors, there are several accesses branching off from the living room...

I am aware of that, but I just wanted to present all wishes first. Which ones are then feasible is another matter.

Unfortunately too convoluted (hallway, child, and bathroom)

I like the living room. A surround system would even be possible here
However, it feels like there is a bit too little light in the living room area...

Am I missing something? You wrote:

However, when I add up the measurements, I get a corridor length of about 11-12m in your plan?

This is also ruled out for us because we want to save the extra costs for a convoluted exterior shell... The bay window is enough for us...

I imagine a garage narrower than 4m to be quite small.

Well, I don't know if Kerstin ( ) still feels like perfecting her Tetris - I've done enough puzzling this week, the next one is already waiting... and so I hope for you that you find a good BU who can convince you with functional implementations.

I believe you somehow only know cardboard huts.

Your noise concerns are all well and good, but they are more than exaggerated.
A children's room wall next to the living room with a wardrobe in front of it... where should the noise come from?

A bedroom next to the bathroom of the people who use the bedroom and then only the wall with the washbasin... where should the noise come from? For example, the toilet drainage pipe of the upper apartments runs through my bedroom, it is properly insulated and I hear NOTHING even when I know that an extraction is happening in the upper apartment. Tested specifically.

And yes, the hallway is shortened in version 78, because I would call the front area an extremely useful entrance hall that has everything you need in an entrance hall.

A garage with an interior width of 300 cm should be enough for a car. I have sensibly accommodated bicycles outside.

And actually, the Tetris game is now over. I still find the hallway in

still too long, only usable as a passageway, and the storage room rather impractical. And the view you want to achieve or the freedom of the property I also cannot understand yet, at least not as I interpret the site plan.

... and if you compare both floor plans, each with a garage, then there are 10 key points in my version, and 12 in your version.
