Secretly, I hoped that someone would also offer an alternative (e.g. ypg ), but you can't expect someone else to do the work that I would have to do myself. But apparently I'm not creative enough to come up with my own solutions like these here.

In the parents' bathroom, I can see a concealed installation. Is there no need for one in the guest bathroom and kitchen, for whatever reason?

You don't have to do the work, an architect has to do it Either self-employed or employed by the general contractor. I always take some time now and then to create designs, but you just need to enter [Grundriss Bungalow] on Google - then you have a wealth of beautiful examples

In the kitchen, you don’t need any - at least we don’t have any. WC yes - mentally push the objects a bit forward. I have now assumed 365mm wall widths. Creativity is the courage to throw everything away and start from scratch - find out what was good, throw away, new... 20 - 100 times and slowly you get closer. You can do it yourself, but I would definitely advise you to have it planned - especially if you want the garage within the building envelope... at some point, the ideas meet the technical (price) guardrails - and if you don’t know them.

That is over 16 meters in width. You will have problems with that. I once recorded somewhere that 15 meters is the maximum for a single-family house.

I only took over the external dimensions... but I don't know why there should be any problems there - because of wind load?
