Order executed and yet you don't let me share your opinion on my floor plan? That makes me sad

I am not really an expert in floor plans. Often personal preferences of the creator play a big role, which do not necessarily have to correspond to the logic of another viewer.

I also don’t quite know where to start. The overall layout doesn’t seem optimal to me. They put a large garage on the east side and thus block the possibility of windows. Technology in the garage, no idea if that works? Where will the connections to the house be? In the utility room?

The drawing with the dimensioning as lines in the plan is really something you have to get used to.

Kitchen is dark, no windows. I don’t quite understand what the strange recess at the entrance is for. Or is that a built-in pantry?

You will probably cancel the kitchen island at some point or switch to a work island.

The kids’ bathroom is somewhat exaggerated, more like a guest WC with a shower.

The dressing room will be hard to furnish, plus a window, well.

That was helpful. Thanks.

There were some things I simply stopped thinking about, even though they once lingered in the back of my mind. Changed.

Connections to the house belong better in the utility room. I also changed that.

Could you please explain that in more detail?
For cost reasons? Because of a ventilation hood? (Ventilation should retract from the countertop)

Yep.

Am I missing something? Why should a children's bathroom (for one child) be bigger? There's even room for a cabinet/dresser. Even if it sounds like I don't want to give my child more, if they want "luxury" later, they're warmly welcome to it in our bathroom.

Here is a screenshot attached. (I actually wanted to post it already in post #4 oops)
The original dimensions of the furniture are entered, and you can see how much space remains.
Is that sufficient in your opinion?

The "anteroom" in front of the utility room does not make sense to me. This is usable living space that here mutates into hallway space. Conversely, the dressing room is more hallway than room and serves as a distributor between the bedroom and bathroom. If this is supposed to be the parents' area, then the child probably won't be able to perform any bathroom ceremonies either (often at night during teenage years ). The pantry is worth no more than a kitchen cabinet; I would eliminate it first. Essentially, the floor plan can be found in a tidier form in a standard floor plan; here it seems you have changed everything a bit to better suit yourselves, so that only various niches and accesses remain. The rooms have either a small useless circulation area at the doors or the doors are positioned so that no furnishing works behind them. Passage in the dressing room RBM of 107 cm does _not_ work with cabinets with doors! Even without doors, one hardly has an overview of the cabinet contents. You should ask yourselves what the dressing room should give you more than a cabinet in the bedroom. Without a large sketch, I would arrange the house/garage differently on the property if permitted, or at least the rooms.

Much has already been said

What I additionally noticed:

- 30 cm wall thickness - are you sure that is enough?
- 11.5 cm interior walls will definitely have to be replaced by 17 cm walls in one or another place
- Orientation: children's room NE and bedroom SW I find suboptimal. It would make more sense to somehow swap them
- extremely long piping routes utility room-parent bathroom
- pre-walls in the bathrooms are missing -> as a result, especially the children's bathroom becomes much tighter
