Our architect mentioned an average value of €260k.

I assume this is without ancillary construction costs.

Properly, for construction incidental costs, €25-30k are planned + €20k for the outdoor facilities

At 260k you are at €1600/m² for turnkey. I think that could quite fit in Brandenburg, as long as you are not building KFW 55 and don’t want a lot of extras.

Only your architect can tell you that, because they know which adjustments still need to be made.

I don't particularly like it either. I have to go from the bedroom through the hallway to the bathroom, then back through the hallway to the dressing room, then again through the hallway to the bedroom. And each time someone from the [GZ] could cross paths. I find that suboptimally designed.
