Why exactly 12m .. why not 10 to 12 m? What is in the southwest? What is in the north and south?

The property is 30m wide and we already find the 12m "upwards" to be borderline. In our opinion, there is a risk that the garden will appear too narrow and elongated. The property is surrounded on all sides by 2-story buildings. Some are closer to us, others further away...

Oh sorry, it looked a bit compressed without measurements. In the end, the house would protrude about the same distance into the garden because we would also have to move your floor plan a bit further up to be able to turn the car, then consider the thickness of the walls... But a new nice idea, which I will definitely incorporate into another floor plan for myself. That way, the garden on the right would be a bit bigger. Thanks a lot for the effort on your part as well! Unfortunately, I won’t have much time in the next few days, so the decision might take a while ^^
