Okay, then it should be fine. I was somewhat guided by the words "limit" and "including equipment" and thought it was an overall budget. But apparently you have the issue under control, all good! Edit: If there is an architect, why isn't there a design from him?

"Turnkey" in the sense of "without painting work + floor coverings," otherwise it becomes quite tight in Brandenburg due to the external dimensions/roof area. KFW 55 is, in my opinion, not exactly inexpensive either, for a bungalow of this size. Rhine regards

You are building in the second row; the TEUR 20 can easily be spent just on the access path ... and then you still have nothing special. I haven't read the whole thread - just that you should also include a buffer for additional foundation costs in the ancillary construction costs. What if the soil conditions are not so favorable? Rhineland greetings

Connection fees could also cause the ancillary construction costs to soar.

I don't know if the amount is correct. But you trust yourself with the performance of an architect, which you are not capable of. And now you want to compensate for a service that is supposed to be worth 10-20 thousand? Sorry, but you suffer from overestimation of yourself.

Here one can already read an insight, which does not stop you from continuing to work on the mistake.

Yes, the simplest but most serious mistake one can make: lovingly looking at the 3D visualization oneself, preferably even setting it as a screensaver, so that you no longer perceive the room at all. Other mothers also have beautiful daughters... meaning: if the planning had led you to another room, which would look different than the current one but include the same advantages, you would be in love with that room and wouldn't even notice this one.

Impossible! The first mental step of good bungalow planning starts with how to prevent a turbo hallway or at least present the unavoidable in a positive way. Period. There are no other explanations or excuses or sugar-coatings!

I am so appalled that I unpacked the laptop with my program again.

Is there anything else I need to know before I start drawing?
