Nice comparison

If in the new plan the bathroom could again be closer to the utility room, that would also be nice.
That was a helpful remark in this thread.

YYvonne says it ... Tetris .. for me my variant 5 led to a presentable plan. I was also immediately inspired by Yvonne and for me the area above the kitchen is basically attic-high without an intermediate ceiling. This way you could perhaps still place a triangular window in the upper area and catch the full southern light/heat.

I separated the garage and carport and placed the garage at the bottom of the plan next to the house. What is missing is the direct access from the utility room to the garage ... but that could even be realized.

Avoiding hallways means, with the desired rooms, using the edge areas of living/dining/cooking as distributors.

I also separated parents and child/guest. The parents are at the bottom right of the plan, the child/guest at the top right of the plan.

In the hallway area of the child/guest there is still storage space, which could also be used for vacuum cleaner/mop etc.

Coincidentally it is exactly 163 sqm.

Ah, you rotated the house... very nice! For some reason, I discarded that again. A triangular window was also planned for me, but my porthole stands for that.

How many meters of garden are there to the property boundary at the top?

Yes, I liked the idea. I wanted to get as much east, south, and west sun into the room as possible.

Distance from house edge to upper property boundary:
right house edge approx. 990 cm
left house edge before the terrace starts approx. 1130 cm
left upper corner of the terrace approx. 1190 cm

Garage at the bottom of the plan approx. 430 cm. If the garage is placed more to the left, then the house could be moved about 120 cm further down on the plan.

Unfortunately, we do not know how the neighboring environment is built. Sommer mentioned that the SW direction is the only right one. We don't know why or if these fears are unfounded; he considers 12 meters to be borderline. Before I implement my idea, which could possibly also be rotated, in a time-consuming way, should say something about it. I also find the orientation more appealing, especially since you can see the house from its beautiful side when arriving, but also to gain some eastern direction. Otherwise, I am going with ’s first proposal with the tricked corridor, since the guest room and dressing room can serve as acoustic buffers.

Thanks again! I get really excited every time I see a new floor plan here
Unfortunately, as I already mentioned, I don't have much time right now, but what I can say is that I don't really like having the living room area as a distribution space, because I think that many doors make the room feel "busy." Also, the short open ?American? entrance area does not suit our taste.
However, I think the orientation of the house and the repositioning of the garage + carport is a good idea, but I can't yet say for sure whether I will like it with the orientation and garden.

I'll quickly attach a map of the surrounding development.
Southwest was important to me because the garden is largest there, as the SW border runs at an angle and thus the plot "farthest to the left" is the deepest.
