Such separations can also be created without special architecture. There are sculptures, shelves, plants, stoves, light installations...

I'm not talking about the stay, but about light through windows ... while all windows need to be revised anyway. In bedrooms as well as bathrooms, I would definitely not plan floor windows, instead 2-meter wide sill windows. Ok, understood! Is a closet for storage allowed there? And are there even any overnight guests? The few can possibly also sleep upstairs in the multi-room?! Downstairs then only office.

Even though not "everything is wrong" with this building proposal, it seems to me a textbook example of slave-like drafting quality. I have been here for one hundred months now, once flipped back a whole year, and in my hit list of the ugliest houses, this one has no serious competition in first place. Above all, the flat-roofed conservatory is as elegant as Herman Munster’s neck bolt. I also consider it eligible for removal as a subordinate component; after all, a "greenhouse roof" is one of the core features of a serious conservatory. Personally, when reading the development plan, I would have preferred to continue searching for a plot. Municipalities that know no limits deserve to be punished with indifference, instead of people taking their income tax residence there.

I would have moved the pantry downwards. It is quite large that way, and you could also add a partition in the pantry and plan another door on the other side as a broom closet or similar. I couldn’t do it more precisely in Paint, but I think you can see what I mean.

Leave out the second door; it only takes up space. What should go into the pantry? Simply a shelving system like Ivar or even a freezer. For the latter, check if the freezer door opens. You need a few centimeters of clearance.

When you "play" with the plans, always use your existing or desired furnishings with actual measurements.

Skip the second shower and make the study smaller and the children's rooms bigger. 12.8m², that's really quite small. Keep in mind that at some point a 16-year-old will spend their days there; children don't stay small forever...
