The idea isn't so bad, but only really makes sense if you also touch the upper floor and move the bathrooms along. Otherwise, (hot) water generation is at the bottom left, and all consumers are on the right/right top.

I have nothing against Fingerhaus. But I would— even if I liked a certain provider— always complete "Module A" with an independent architect and then leave it to the decision during the resting phase of the dough whether it continues wooden or stone-based (or if both factions remain in the race).

Maybe you could post the currently updated floor plans EG+OG with the new features.

I would also try to implement the latter because, from my point of view, a toilet and a sink are well placed near an entrance. Often when coming home, you need to quickly use the toilet or wash your hands after gardening.

As soon as I have them, yes, sure, I will. But it might still take a few days. At the moment I only have my paintings, but you have already seen those.

For the next house, definitely. Ok, well, I’m currently not planning a next one, but if I do, then definitely. But now the child is already in the well, there’s nothing to change anymore.

Although this is also a development area that mostly belongs to Fingerhaus. So you either build there with them or not at all. (In the other half someone else is building, but we absolutely don’t like the basic conditions there, so no option). And since we want to stay in this area—and there is hardly any usable land here—it’s just this company.

No, it is (actually) more sensible to lead the toilets down via a single pipe/downpipe! Hot water hardly plays a role in a house of this size.
