The function of the inward-opening door is simply more pleasant and has established itself as the standard for several reasons. In individual cases, I would also deviate from it and gladly so, if I could gain an advantage from it. But if I have to use it to make the floor plan work somewhat, I would consider it a planning flaw for myself. The question is, what advantage do you have from not choosing the standard, which brings significantly better functionality? It’s not that I only like standards, but why, if not due to planning deficiencies, do you incorporate the "worse"?
