But you should enter your planning to scale into the plans. Especially kitchen/dining. I also find the angled access there inappropriate for the house.
I don't understand the winter garden with the flat roof.
What caught my eye in the drawings is that quite a few things are labeled as BHL, such as earth removals or fillings, the base in the winter garden area. In the end, there is quite a height difference towards the garden if I interpret this correctly, about 110 cm.
Have you already had the earthworks calculated?
Edit: The furniture stuff in the floor plans can safely be ignored. Planners seem to like that kind of thing.
