The house is designed as a single-family home without a granny flat. In total there are 4 units with the 3 condominiums, so 6 parking spaces must be designated. 3 of them would be ours. There is no need to discuss the sensibility. In short: even without a granny flat the 3 must remain. Yes, mine is the 1.80 line

I thought so. But the parking space is probably worth its weight in gold. I wouldn’t complain about that for now. Probably the other residents will want to sell you their daughters for it. ;)

We don't have to buy it, but since it is right next to the house we would do it. Then there won’t be any stranger's car parked there. In the room behind the garage where storage room is written.
