Does the entrance actually have to be on the lower side of the plan, or could it also be on the left side of the plan (where the tree is currently planned)?

I already asked that. It only works there because no path to the house could lead through the parking lot. To the left of the parking lot is another property, so it cannot be moved.
Similarly, an entrance next to the terrace would not work.
I also don’t see how you can get a functional house with the architect of the BT without insane additional costs and planning errors.
You might be right. Unfortunately, the Google rating of the architect is also extremely bad (there is only one) and it is written that he has no clue, doesn’t care about anything, and never shows up during the construction phase. I think, especially under such tight conditions, we would need more support. I don’t know your professions, but I get more helpful tips from them than from him :/
With a BT, probably no one can tell you that. Normally, it should hardly have any effect as long as the floor plan is not yet finalized, but the gentlemen like to charge a fortune for everything.
Better move the WC and the pantry on the ground floor and leave the rest as it is.
Wow, that’s really intense.
I just want to show this ground floor variant, maybe it’s an option to bypass the empty gesture and bring everything down without it becoming too cramped. However, of course, no island is possible here.

The utility room must then go to the attic.
The previous changes back then with the second staircase etc. should cost 15k more.
I can’t leave the rest as it is because the right wall of the garage must extend all the way up to the roof. Consequently, the living room has to become smaller and the children’s rooms upstairs larger.
If I were you, given the time pressure, I would leave this forum over the weekend. Consider what you want, how you envision things. Then why this object, what changes are necessary to meet your needs/wishes. There have been enough suggestions and opinions.
