It's basically nothing other than a classic Swedish stove. Why do you think it overheats?
Even a classic Swedish stove is problematic in new buildings. Nowadays, people buy (and operate) stoves in such a way that they release as little heat as possible into the room because otherwise, due to the insulation, it gets way too hot.
I just took a look at Lohberger and picked out a 75cm wide model (LC 75A). It has a heating capacity of 6kw. This roughly corresponds to the heating power you need to comfortably warm the entire house including a filled bathtub in the middle of winter.
And you want to run such a little fire all year round at one spot in the house?
Is that supposed to be the only stove or is it just for occasional use as a hobby?
Where does the supply air for such a stove actually come from, or are they room-air independent? Otherwise, further measures for forced ventilation would be necessary.
