What is located to the northwest of the property or around the property? I find there are too few floor-to-ceiling windows, maybe plan large corner windows in the southwest and west and place the living room there. But is there a terrible view there? How much land is available there? Possibly kitchen with hallway and view of the garden to the east...

What is lying around the house – I am now referring to the rooms of the floor plan: Outside the living room (which roughly corresponds to the north) there is a garden/lawn area of about 20m with a plot width of 16m, to the left and right (west and east) according to the legal distance rule (3 meters) are our neighbors, i.e. single-family houses, to the south (kitchen) it goes to the street!

What do you mean by the eastern positioning of the kitchen with hallway and view into the garden, I can’t quite imagine it. Could you perhaps draw a small sketch!?

What's going on, does no one have an opinion on the floor plan anymore!?

I am looking forward to your arguments and suggestions on how the room layout could be improved. I am convinced that there is still significant potential...

I published a short novel the day before yesterday.... where has it gone??? Suggestion: Driveway and access on the left and windows facing southeast and southwest, possibly mirrored windows at the front. Living room at the front. Kitchen to the terrace in the east, so mirror the floor plan around both center lines :-)

Hello ypg, so you would prefer to move the living room (towards the south) facing the street, with large windows. The idea of looking towards the garden with the kitchen and dining room is not so bad after all, since you probably spend more time in this area than in the living room (yes, it is certainly different for everyone).

However, mirroring the floor plan probably doesn’t make sense because the afternoon sun comes from the southwest and therefore no longer shines onto the terrace and kitchen...

So far, large windows up to the ceiling height of 2.65m with a sill height of 0.95m are planned.
