It is a bit complicated to determine whether these are two floor plans or just one with different red scribbles in it (which only partially make sense to outsiders). At first, I see a rather overwhelming portal, and then a shower not in the bathroom but in the generously sized guest WC. I would not erase the wall next to the tall kitchen cabinets. A seriously usable staircase to an attic conversion will need more space than the retractable ladder and also a different location. That’s my first impression. The hipped roof is still clearly my favorite for bungalows, but also the top class of roof trusses in terms of price. Adding dormers is like igniting another rocket stage.

The guest bathroom is actually a bit too large. Previously, we had planned the third room there. However, the space for it is too small, so it was swapped. It was also intended to place the utility room on the left side. Due to the air heat pump, this is not possible because we have neighbors on the left side of the house. We have a corner plot, so it makes sense to position the air heat pump towards the street.

I still have a floor plan on which no changes have been made.

So I was quite right to speculate that there is only one in total, just with two types of batches of change notes?

Would you like to explain the comments? - For example at the entrance: does it mean that the outer columns should be further apart, and the door element rotated?

Where exactly is north there?

My two cents on that. I’ll leave the basic concept untouched, as it’s supposed to be your bungalow, not mine. Guest bathroom, leave it as it is. It’s not too big if it has a shower. And when there really are guests, it will be used as a bathroom anyway, right? Then it can have the tight 6 sqm.
Hallway. Swap door and existing element. Then next to the door, run a quarter-turn staircase up to the floor along the wall. That completely replaces the floor hatch. Upstairs, a small foyer, door, floor laid with spruce boards, two Velux windows, electricity, light up there, finished is the cellar replacement. Roof truss then with studio trusses. With a 35-degree pitch and identical base dimensions, we have that too, and what’s up there is huge. Easily walkable, fully usable. Under the stairs, the heating circuit distributor, it belongs centrally, not on the edge. Saves money, shorter pipe routes.
Now extend the guest room wall due to the stairs, remove the cut off edge. Real corner. Access to the room possibly under the stairs from the hall. I think that’s better for a guest room than from the living room. But that’s a matter of opinion. Utility room. The heating circuit distributor is gone. Now put washing machine and a sink for dirty stuff there. So worktop on the wall, machine underneath, cheap Ikea sink in, cheap faucet added. Finished is the place where you can rinse off something dirty, sandy, fishy, etc. Where the washing machine is now, a back door will be installed. You will love it. You hardly use the front door anymore. He comes from the countryside, boots full of mud, paws dirty... Back door. Mrs. Hansen from next door comes over for a little liqueur, back door... the front is only for the mayor and bailiff.
Living room, it would be cheaper to take a cut off the edge diagonal with one element instead of the covered patio as a corner, without losing much outside, and inside you even gain a bit.
See example image.

So, I checked again. So apparently there are two variants after all, front door rotated and tub angled, otherwise little else.

The wall as a finish next to the tall kitchen cabinets I already mentioned. Guest WC also large. Why is the shower there, and none in the bathroom?

In the bathroom and WC, toilet and sink are far apart; overall both rooms look like they need revision in dimensions and layout.

The bedroom seems a bit excessively lacking in windows to me.

The living room without a door to the dressing room would not be my thing. Nordlys has already elaborated on the stairs, his floor plan would be worth a look, and as far as I remember should be found (last?) week in the house pictures thread.

Open fireplaces in my opinion are an '80s revival that no one will care about in ten years.

The one-line kitchen looks nicely tidy in the drawing, but in practice means a lot of walking and seems tight on workspace to me. But finally one without an island, thank you very much for that.

What kind of provider is that? - the measurements suggest to me a prefab construction. Is it a variation of a catalog type? - please fill out the questionnaire.
