Bungalow floor plan - What should be considered?

Very good. 1000 things the world does not need, blinds are among them, just leave them with the man on TV who is having his third spring with those blind things. So, actually slightly wider door openings should be possible at no extra cost, that was the case with our construction. Karsten

Your dressing room is only 1.90m wide? With two rows of wardrobes, you are left with less than 70cm of passage width, the window in the dressing room also seems to be too wide. Do you always want to walk past the front door to take a shower?

Our dressing room will also only be 2.06, I think it will be enough. But I see it more as a room for storing clothes, then taking them out and dressing in the bedroom.

Perhaps one side could be something that is not quite as deep.
In the very deep cupboards, you sometimes can’t even reach the things at the back.
The only thing that is complicated is the assembly of the cupboards [emoji45]

I would like to give one piece of advice. A bungalow, and especially this one, can serve as a residence well into old age.

Why shouldn't these builders also build again at the end of their 50s?
In my opinion, building senior-friendly at 30 makes little sense if in twenty years you want not just a change of scenery, but a change of walls. To already have the care bed standing in your mind's eye where the desk is supposed to go when setting up the study today, I would find creepy.
