No. That would mainly assume that the plots of land were "optimal." But what is currently available on the market as building plots usually has "a flaw": steep slope / lively elevation profile, unfavorably located building envelope, street side where the garden side "actually belongs," etc., or simply a bit too small.I also believe that there are enough builders who take the variants that construction companies already have as examples.
Imagine you are a young mother, a graduate architect, and a house provider brings you prospective builders, for whom you are supposed to redesign a standard house so that they want to build it in a maximum of three paid visits plus, say, five hundred euros base fee. That is professionally more fun for the architect and goes better with the child than driving a taxi or waitressing, but it is not fulfilling.
