No, not my area, but known in the Brandenburg region
My two cents on this. I’ll leave the basic concept untouched, since it’s supposed to be your, not my bungalow. Guest bathroom, leave it as it is. It’s not too big, if it has a shower. And when you really have guests, it will also be used as a bathroom, right? Then it can have the tight 6 square meters. Hallway. Swap door and existing element. Then pull up a quarter-turn staircase next to the door along the wall to the floor. This completely replaces the floor hatch. Upstairs a small entrance area, door, floor covered with spruce boards, two Velux windows, electricity, lighting installed, and the cellar replacement is done. Roof truss then with studio trusses. At 35-degree pitch and identical dimensions we have that too, and the space upstairs is huge. Easy to walk on, fully usable. Under the stairs the heating circuit distributor, it belongs centrally, not on the edge. Saves money, shorter pipe routes. Now extend the guest room wall because of the stairs, remove the cut off edge. Real corner. Access to the room possibly under the stairs from the hallway. I find that better for a guest room than from the living room. But that’s a matter of opinion. Utility room. The heating circuit distributor is gone. Now put washing machine and a sink for dirty stuff there. So countertop on the wall, machine under it, cheap Ikea sink in, cheap faucet added. Done is the place where you can rinse off something dirty, sandy, fishy, etc. Where the washing machine is now, a back door comes in. You will love it. You will hardly use the front door anymore. It comes from the countryside, boots full of mud, paws dirty... back door. Mrs. Hansen from next door comes over for a small liqueur, back door... front door is only for the mayor and bailiff. Living room, it would be cheaper to use a cut off the edge diagonal with one element instead of the covered terrace as an angle, without losing much outside, and even gaining something inside. See example picture. Karsten
