So, I looked again. So probably two variants after all, front door rotated and bathtub positioned at an angle, otherwise little else.
I already mentioned the wall as a boundary next to the tall kitchen cabinets. Guest bathroom also large. Why is the shower there and not in the main bathroom?
In bathroom and WC, toilet and sink are far apart; overall, both rooms look like they need revision in terms of size and layout.
The bedroom seems a bit overly lacking in windows to me.
Living room without a door to the dressing room wouldn’t be my thing. Nordlys already explained more about the stairs; his floor plan would be worth a look, and if I remember correctly, it should be found (last?) week in the house pictures thread.
Open fireplaces are in my opinion an ’80s revival, which nobody will care about in ten years.
The single-line kitchen looks nicely tidy in the drawing, but in practice that also means a lot of walking and seems to lack work surface to me. But finally one without an island, thank you very much for that.
What kind of provider is that? — the dimensions suggest prefabricated construction to me. Is it a variation of a catalog type? — fill out the questionnaire.
I don’t want a shower in the bathroom, and since there will be two of us living in the house anyway, we don’t need two showers. We find a shower in the guest bathroom reasonable if visitors ever come and stay overnight; they can use the shower there and don’t necessarily have to use the main bathroom. Whether we will even have the fireplace is still undecided. Probably not, because then we would again have problems with arranging furniture and wouldn't be flexible anymore.
The work surface in the kitchen would be sufficient. Once 2.40 m continuous and then just under a meter next to the sink. We don’t have that many kitchen appliances. Surely some will be added over time. I’m also not a fan of having many appliances since they are probably used too rarely or not at all anymore.
The house comes from a developer, that's true. We can also change the dimensions, but we have to stay within the built-up area. Of course, for an extra charge. The floor plans, which are partly taken from the construction companies or catalogs, we don't like 90% at all. Kitchen islands are fine, but probably get boring eventually.
What questionnaire?
