So, the two columns - noon, further apart. If the four columns have the same distance to each other, we wouldn't find it nice.

Since this is a corner plot, we are "relatively flexible" with the positioning. An entrance on the north side would be ideal, but the third room as a children's room would then be disadvantageous. As a guest / study room it would be irrelevant.

Exactly, the door element would be rotated, the fixed part on the right, the door thus on the left.

I don’t want a shower in the bathroom, and since there will be two of us living in the house anyway, we don’t need two showers. We find a shower in the guest bathroom reasonable if visitors ever come and stay overnight; they can use the shower there and don’t necessarily have to use the main bathroom. Whether we will even have the fireplace is still undecided. Probably not, because then we would again have problems with arranging furniture and wouldn't be flexible anymore.

The work surface in the kitchen would be sufficient. Once 2.40 m continuous and then just under a meter next to the sink. We don’t have that many kitchen appliances. Surely some will be added over time. I’m also not a fan of having many appliances since they are probably used too rarely or not at all anymore.

The house comes from a developer, that's true. We can also change the dimensions, but we have to stay within the built-up area. Of course, for an extra charge. The floor plans, which are partly taken from the construction companies or catalogs, we don't like 90% at all. Kitchen islands are fine, but probably get boring eventually.

What questionnaire?

Anyone who is satisfied with this "children's room" as a guest room will not be bothered by a standard shower either.

Do you know the "Bauträger"? - by the way, they are only called that if they sell the property with the house on it.

I mean the questionnaire at the top of this section.

A developer is not what it is for us. The construction company also sells plots, but we have purchased independent of them.

I do not know if one knows the construction company Markon Haus

The offer on the website looks good, at least the real houses (the catalog models also perform worse with other providers). Unfortunately, I don’t read anything about the construction method or even the wall structure. The houses on the website could well be solid constructions, but the dimensions in the drawing suggest otherwise.

For you, it’s solid - are you also building with them?
