Bungalow floor plan - What should be considered?

[*]Access to terrace through a sliding door from the rather kitchen area, terrace corner a bit larger [*]Sofa area open to the room, but not directly in view from the front door [*]Possibility to place a 200 cm long table as drawn [*]Space for a winding space-saving staircase. Initially you could omit it, just install a pull-down attic ladder in the opening there and close off the niche from the staircase, e.g. with a metal slat curtain. That way there is still space for storage behind it, but by pulling the slat curtain aside the attic ladder can be used. A slat curtain would be more flexible than a small storage room there. [*]If the space-saving staircase is later installed, a suggestion on how the upper floor could be divided. [*]Guest bathroom with 160x90 cm shower, right next to the main bathroom. Here I could imagine a sliding door between the bathrooms. If you have guests, the door is simply locked, otherwise it is open. This way you can switch from your main bathroom to the shower bathroom without having to go through the hallway. [*]Closet now as an entrance to the private area and with 232 cm a much better usable width than the 193 cm from your plan.

Maybe there are some suggestions after all. By the way, the house has 113.78 sqm of living/usable area.

The thing with the staircase is exactly according to our ideas. I wonder why our planner never even remotely came up with the idea. We already have the feeling that not much came from her side, no suggestions, no alternatives, nothing, and that makes us sad. Rather, she just tried to implement everything somehow.

On the other hand: I don't really want to know how frustrating a job as a planner at a house provider is. How many homeowners want pantry sliding doors drawn the other way around and all kinds of such nonsense. At some point, they are just worn out, and unfortunately, that also affects homeowners who sincerely wish for genuine impulses.

But I also believe that there are enough builders who take the options that the construction companies already have as examples.

And on the other hand, that's their job, right? I do understand that the planners get annoyed at some point.
